Disney Sales specializes in Halloween costumes and accessories including:

• Costumes for adults, children, teens, and toddlers
• Plus size costumes and couple costumes
• Costume accessories (belts, ties, suspenders, capes, gloves, wigs, hosiery)
• Costume kits and props
• Trick or treat bags

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur, and we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect product colors.

Some items have restrictions due to hygiene considerations and cannot be returned (wigs, hosiery, tights, gloves, and opened costume kits).

3. Order and Payment Terms

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• All orders are subject to product availability
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal
• Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud or pricing errors

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

We ship globally except to parts of Asia and certain remote areas where delivery may not be available.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with tags attached

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on: costume wigs, Halloween hosiery & tights, costume gloves, and opened costume kits.
