Shipping Policy
We work hard to get your costumes to you as quickly as possible so you can focus on creating unforgettable memories.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Shipping Regions: We are proud to ship globally! However, please note that delivery to some parts of Asia and certain remote areas may not be available at this time.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t perfect, our friendly and straightforward return policy is here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product.
- Get Authorization: Our team will email you a return authorization form and specific instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the completed form, and ship it to our return address:

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive your return. For exchanges to a different product, you may need to place a new order and return the original item separately.
