Our policy is designed to be as friendly and straightforward as our service.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Costume Wigs (Halloween Wigs Canada)
  • Halloween Hosiery & Tights
  • Costume Gloves
  • Opened Costume Kits
These items are excluded due to their personal nature and hygiene considerations.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will email you a return authorization form and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the completed form, and ship it to our address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. For exchanges to a different product, you may need to place a new order and return the original item separately.
